Ah, the Wendigo! One of the most interesting creatures to come out of the Ferrum woods. Born of the cold and bitter winter, they come to be out of a twisted curse and a hunger that can never be sated.

You could become one of these beastly creatures in one of two ways: you can be born one, or you can eat human flesh in the freezing weather of the Ferrum woods. Now, I don't suggest you do the latter, because it's really not worth it in the end.

When in their true form, Wendigos have pale skin, long fingers, and white eyes. They have twice the physical strength of a human male and are only slightly faster when it comes to speed. They have a few special abilities, such as great hearing, improved smell, and large sharp teeth, but on the whole, they're pretty much just like humans when it comes to life expectancy, physical speed, and weaknesses.

Their intelligence is mostly based on their primal instincts, unless they're in their human form, in which case they can be as smart as any other person.

So that's the Wendigos in a nutshell. Be warned though, it's best to stay away from these creatures, as they can be a bit of a handful!
